First Notice of AGM
The next AGM of The British Association of Barbershop Singers will be held on Sunday March 16 2024 commencing 11.00am. A draft Agenda is linked below. Please remember that only BABS Council Members may speak and vote at this meeting.
The meeting is to be held in central Birmingham, but in a different venue from previous years. The venue was chosen for its good transport links and its ability to offer video links to members unable to attend in person. However, we hope most will choose to attend in person, for the best quality of meeting and debate, also numbers able to attend remotely are limited by the venue, so preference will be given to the most distant, with difficult journeys.

A further note shall be sent round two weeks prior to the meeting (Sunday 3rd March) which will include: A Final Agenda, complete with any new motions or resolutions submitted; A copy of the Accounts for the period ending 30 September 2024; A copy of Trustees individual reports; Biographies of those standing to be Trustees
