We accept payment by card, or manually by invoice. Manual payment is preferred for bulk orders; card payment is preferred for smaller bookings.

Show Information
There are 3 shows on offer at Sing2025:
- Saturday evening
- Sunday matinee
- Parade of Champions (Sunday evening)
Please note:
- Full Weekend tickets include all 3 shows
- Sunday Only ticket includes the Parade of Champions (but NOT the Sunday matinee)
- Saturday Only ticket DOES NOT include the Saturday evening show
- Show-only tickets for Saturday evening and Sunday matinee shows are available to purchase separately
Session Passes
There will be a limited number of Session Passes available. These are designed to allow family and friends to support a particular contestant without having to purchase a full day or weekend convention ticket.
- Session Passes provide entry to the auditorium for a single contest session.
- Session information is available on the Contest Draws page
- They are available for purchase only at the event (not available from the online Box Office) at a cost of £20 per session
- Session Pass holders will be granted access to the auditorium only during the contest session they have paid for.
*Alternative single-day competitor tickets are available for competitors with religious or other beliefs who may require them. These tickets are the same price as the Full Weekend ticket but only apply to one day of the convention.
Read this before you start!
Attendee Information
For each ticket you're booking, you will need the following information for each attendee you are booking for:
- First and Last Name
- Email address (optional)
- Quartets and Choruses the attendee is competing with
- BABS Membership Number (if competing)
The booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided for each attendee. If you are booking on someone else's behalf, you can use their email address, or leave it blank. A full Order Confirmation for all tickets will be sent to the person making the booking.
Additionally, if purchasing a Full-Time Education ticket, we will need the name of the institution the person is attending.
Booking a large number of tickets?
If you're purchasing a large number of tickets, we strongly recommend booking in multiple batches or 10 tickets or fewer, in order to ensure no loss of data during the booking process.

We accept payment by card, or manually by invoice. Manual payment is preferred for bulk orders; card payment is preferred for smaller bookings.
For manual payments, invoices must be paid within 7 days of booking.
FAQs
What are the single-day competitor tickets?
These tickets are for competitors who, for religious or other reasons, may wish to purchase a ticket that does not apply to the whole weekend. The price is the same as the Full Weekend.
I'm stuck in the checkout process!
If you get stuck in the checkout, it's possible that you're trying to buy too many tickets at once. Try breaking up your order into multiple batches. If you're stuck, you can email [email protected] for help.
How do I receive my ticket?
Your booking/order confirmation email acts as your proof of purchase. When you arrive at convention, report to reception and give your name. The reception team will then check you in and provide your event pass and/or show tickets.
It may be helpful to have a copy of your booking or order confirmation email with you, although you can check in without it.
