The BABS Male and Mixed Chorus Contests include Division awards. Choruses are placed in divisions based on their most recent previous BABS contest score. Awards are presented for the highest-placed chorus in each Division.
Choruses who have not competed before, or who have not competed in either of the previous 2 contests, are entered into Division 1 by default.
